Booking Policy
Last updated: 3 August 2026
This policy explains how bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations work so everything runs smoothly for you and your therapist.
1. Making a booking
You can book through our website or via WhatsApp. Your session is confirmed once the booking steps are complete and any required payment has been made. For Anniversary Pass holders, individual sessions are scheduled after purchase — either yourself through the site or with our help.
2. Your address & coverage
Please give us a complete, accurate address. We mainly serve Klang Utama and up to 30 km around it; if you’re outside this area, contact us before booking so we can confirm availability.
3. Preparing your space
Please have a clean, quiet space with enough room to set up comfortably. Our therapist brings the equipment and ambience — you just provide the space and the time to relax.
4. Arrival & timing
Please be ready at your booked time. If our therapist is delayed by traffic or circumstances beyond their control, we’ll keep you informed.
5. Rescheduling by you
Need to move your appointment? Let us know as early as you can and we’ll do our best to find a new time that suits you.
6. Rescheduling by us
Occasionally we may need to reschedule (for example, if your therapist becomes unavailable). We’ll offer you the earliest suitable alternative. If we cannot agree on a workable time for an individual booking, you may be entitled to a refund — see our Refund Policy.
7. Cancellations & no-shows
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. If no one is present at the booked location and time, or we’re unable to safely carry out the treatment, the session may be treated as completed. Anniversary Pass sessions remain subject to our Refund Policy.
8. Health disclosure
Please disclose relevant health information before your session, as described in our Health Disclosure & Liability Waiver, so we can keep your treatment safe and suitable.
