These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jemari Jelita Mobile Spa website and the booking of our services. By booking with us or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
Jemari Jelita Mobile Spa provides mobile massage and spa treatments delivered at the customer’s chosen location, mainly within Klang Utama and up to 30 km around it. Availability outside this area is at our discretion.
2. Booking & confirmation
A session is only confirmed once you have completed the booking steps and, where required, made payment. Details of how bookings work are set out in our Booking Policy.
3. Pricing & travel
Prices are shown on our website and include travel within our coverage area. New pricing takes effect September 2026. Anniversary Pass prices are special, limited pre-sale rates. Payment terms are described in our Payment Policy.
4. Health & suitability
Some treatments are not suitable for certain health conditions. You agree to disclose relevant health information before treatment, as described in our Health Disclosure & Liability Waiver. Our therapists may modify, pause, or decline a treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
5. Your responsibilities as a customer
- Provide accurate booking and address details.
- Provide a safe, clean, and appropriate space for the treatment.
- Be present (or have a responsible adult present) at the booked time.
- Treat our therapists with respect. We reserve the right to end a session and decline future bookings in cases of inappropriate, unsafe, or abusive behaviour.
6. Rescheduling, cancellation & refunds
Rescheduling and cancellation are covered in our Booking Policy. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
7. Liability
Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Jemari Jelita Mobile Spa is not liable for injury, complication, or loss arising from undisclosed health conditions or from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please see the Health Disclosure & Liability Waiver for details.
8. Privacy & security
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and protect it as described in our Security Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your booking.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
